I want to take a few moments to thank everyone at Nova Spinal Care for the wonderful care you have given me over the past few month....

When I first came to the clinic on August 22, 2006, I was suffering from an acute migraine which I had been dealing with all summer.  I could not sit up in the waiting room due to the pain in my head.  Symptoms over a period of ten years such as headaches, TMJ, eye sensitivity, vertigo, depression, muscle strain, back pain, poor sleep etc. all seemed to culminate this summer.  Dr. Plotsky told me "my cup was running over".

Dr. Plotsky told me that my spine was misaligned and was pressing on the main nerve going up into my head.  I immediately commenced treatments and withing a few sessions the headache was gone.  I find it amazing and truly miraculous how the body can heal itself once the spine is aligned properly!!  As the sessions continued, old muscle problems that had faded to the background over the summer emerged and I began working with Dionna Read (Massage Therapist).  Dionna has worked so hard with me and Dr. Plotsky's treatments have been enhanced by her hard work.

I am so thankful that I came to your clinic.  As my journey to wellness continues in 2007, I continue to make amazing progress and I am feeling better than I have felt in many years.  I am no longer taking anti-depressants and pain medications.  I continue to work toward the new me, strong, healthy, happy, and thankful for such wonderful people in the world.  Blessing to all, Karen D.
