It was three years ago that I first experienced discomfort in my neck when I turned my head to the left or right.
I had heat treatments, acupuncture and physiotherapy with little results. Also, because of my discomfort I considered giving up my favorite hobbies, golfing and curling. I also had problems driving the car as I had to look hard to the right or left....
