I first came to Nova Spinal because I had been complaining to a friend about my back and he recommended you to me because he is a patient here.

I originally injured my back in 2004 when I got off a forklift and it just seemed to linger, getting worse some days than others....

I do a lot of welding in my job and we get into very strenuous positions and I have to hold still while I work - so the body can really take a beating.  When my back bothered me I usually just tried to suffer it out and occasionally take some IBProfen. 

Now overall my back is much better.

One of the interesting things that I noticed is that I haven’t been getting sick like I usually do. I normally get sick after Christmas and then it usually continues for months.  I work on board a ship with 100 guys and many of them are sick with colds but I haven’t been sick for months!

I seem to relax easier too and I haven’t had any sinus problems so far this year.
