To whom if may concer,

I heard about a technique that chiropractors use to turn a baby who is breech, called the Webster Technique.  In addition, I was pregnant and had some low back pain for several months due to the pregnancy....

My doula, Tamara did some research for me and found out that Dr. Toner was experienced in the Webster Technique.

My family docotr had told me I could try to have the baby turned manually, a technique called inversion that I had read was potentially dangerous and painful technique (she explained that this weas my only option) and if this didn't work, I would need a C-section.

I would describe my experience at Nova Spinal care as "spectacular".  After the adjustment, the baby turned, this was confirmed by ultrasound the next day.  My docotr ws pleased and so was I.  Cindy ook great care of me and also made my lower back pain go away.

I always feel that she takes a real interest in me and my family.  She has tremendous ability with people and is great with children.  She always took a lot of time with me and examined and adjusted both my children, including a reluctant 4 year old an my new baby.

When I was 2 days overdue to have the baby, I was scheduled for my regular adjustment.  While meeting with Cindy, she told me about a reflexology area which can get labour to start.  She demonstrated this for me and massaged the area of the foot that is required.  She was going to follow-up by sending me the name of a reflexologist.  There was no need, as I started to feel contractions upon leaving her office at aroud 11:00 AM.  Julia was born that day at 4:55PM.

It was a wonderful, drug-free birth with a very short labour of only an hour of difficult contractions.

I truly believe the care that I received from Dr. Toner allowed my body to be the best it could be and allowed for this easy and uncomplicated birth.

I would recommend Dr. Toner to anyone for pregnancy related issues or anything else.  I always enjoy coming in as everyone is very friendly and helpful.
