When I first came to Nova Spinal Care in May I was experiencing low back pain and sciatic nerve pain which ran across my left lower back and radiat ed down my left leg and foot.  My piriformis muscle was also very tight and pinching as well....

The discomfort had been fairly constant day and night for about  1 ½ years.

Before coming to Nova Spinal Care I tri ed m edications such as Advil, Naproxen and Codeine. I had also tri ed physiotherapy. This was my last hope and I came, on the advice of a friend, and with some trepidation.

As a result of my care here I am now pain free. My mobility and flexibility are returning and I am now able to walk without limping!

I am also now able to sit or stand for long periods of time without discomfort.

I can perform regular household functions and even enjoy gardening and painting again.  I take long brisk walks now and do moderate lifting, although I am careful about lifting and avoid any twisting of the torso when doing so.

I most definitely would refer others to this clinic – why wouldn’t I want others to experience the positive results I have?
