The challenge of living with chronic pain on a daily basis had taken its toll on both my body and my spirit.  I had gone to doctors, dentists; taken lots of medication, gone to an allergy clinic, acupuncturists, and tried aggressive chiropractic treatments and even went to a TMJD specialist.  When I finally came to Nova Spinal Care I "felt" something good was going to happen, like I finally had come to the right place to get care from the right people. I was told that if I followed directions well that I would become well and that indeed I could be helped and I was shown where my disease came from in my spine.  I was ready to become well!  After two months of intensive treatment from Dr. Plotsky and massage therapist Lauretta Ryan plus following each recommendation they gave me to the letter my overall health has improved to a point where I no longer have to struggle thru each day in pain.  My scans from before and after are all the proof I need - that and how I feel inside now.  I feel like a large and heavy weight has been taken away from me.
