A few years ago I was referred to Nova Spinal Care by Brian Sutherland, a physiotherapist.  I was experiencing chronic neck pain, TMJ problems and migraine headaches. I suffered from low back pain, due to a broken hip, which had left one leg shorter than the other.  To lead an active life, without pain, was almost impossible...

Believing in holistic health, I took supplements from a naturopath and visited a chiropractor, but everything would only help for a short time.

When the pain overwhelmed me I would crash, even for a few days at a time. Migraine’s that grew in intensity left me feeling like a zombie. I began to take antidepressants just to cope.
