Recently, she took a hot stone massage course which offers her clients a very soothing and therapeutic treatment to assist with healing.

MJ has concentrated her massage treatments on deep tissue techniques, discomforts associated with pregnancy/infant massage and now Hot Stone.  She completed a deep tissue technique course in2006 that has greatly benefited her clients. In addition, she attended an infant massage course in spring 2007, allowing her to teach parents soothing massage techniques that they can then apply to their own children, enhancing the bonding experience between parent and child.

She has been providing massage therapy to her clients for almost ten years now.MJ’s background is also in fitness, where, she worked in a health club for six years prior to entering massage therapy school. She has also been involved in an outreach program, supervising students of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy.
