Amie is one of the few therapists in the Atlantic Provinces who is trained with the Amino Neuro Frequency Therapy (discs) which she obtained in Spain.

Through experience Amie has learned to reach optimal performance, you must look beyond the symptoms and treat the whole person. Her treatment philosophy promotes healthy living, wellness and enhancing performance through education, exercise, and manual therapy. Amie’s philosophy is that activity modification rather than complete rest (when appropriate) will keep athletes engaged and on top of their game.
